Hi everyone!!!! It is been a month since my last post. During the past weeks, I made several experiments on the MBT Laboratory in the Chemical Engineering Department. I was able to understand more in-depth that the research process takes time and requires an effective time management to realize a good work. Actually, I think the time management was the hardest obstacle to overcome; because as a compromised student I have to finish all my works in addition to the research. What I have to do, in order to solve it? Well, I assigned priorities and I was able to complete the experiments.

Personally, it was easy to enter to the group of talented students working on the MBT Lab. I was able to make good interpersonal relationships with my group. But there are certain parts of the experiments that I have done, that a graduate student assists me with them. However, I had a little issue. There are times when I am available, but the other person cannot. So, I come up with an approach to resolve the problem. This is to specify the available times of every research member in a table. In that manner, each member can coordinate and separate their respectful time to work in the lab efficiently. What are the characteristic are important for a successful team? Organization, dedication, good interpersonal skills, to keep informed, etc.

Buen trabajo y una entrada muy bien realizada. Se nota el orgullo en lo que se hace.
